Success Beyond Test Scores: What Does It Mean?
You might have heard that your test scores are everything in the MBA application process, but they're not. They're certainly important, but “Success Beyond Test Scores” means that you can still “win big” in the MBA game even with below-average GMAT scores. For example, this year one of our clients was admitted with a 640 GMAT to MIT Sloan (median GMAT 730) and LBS (median GMAT 708); another with GMAT 670 to Columbia (average 732, also currently waitlisted at Wharton (average 732)); and a third to Darden with 630 (average 718, also currently waitlisted at Wharton). We also guided a young woman who is still a college senior to win the prestigious Keidanren full MBA scholarship and two mid-career professionals to gain admission to MIT Sloan Fellows with GMAT scores far below 600. Their common factor was that they expressed their greatness in areas outside of test scores through the essays and other application materials we helped them craft.
In addition, these and many of our other clients had perfect or near-perfect interview invitation records at top-ranked schools. These results reflect our belief in serving all our clients (not just those with top scores) with the same passion and faith in their potential, even when they might not see it themselves. If you have greatness in you, we’ll help you find and express it to your dream schools. We’ll push you to aim higher for schools you never thought possible and we’ll help you at every step to get there.
That's what we mean by "Success Beyond Test Scores".
We look forward to seeing you in Tokyo!
