I’m plugged in to a lot of adcom RSS feeds, and while there is a lot of not-so-helpful information, there are some good tidbits out there. I’ll be posting links occasionally to the choicest morsels here.
In this grouping and in no particular order:
1) HBS releases Preliminary Profile of the Class of 2012
Interesting: Lowest GMAT – 510, Average GMAT 724, Asia second largest represented group after North America, 54% of the class came from consulting (22%), private equity/venture capital (18%), or financial services (14%).
2) Stanford GSB: Top 8 Mistakes Applicants Make on Their Essays
Interesting: That many people can’t follow directions?!
3) Chicago Booth: Releases essay questions and supporting notes
4) A bit older, but, GMAC announces: Next Generation GMAT Exam to Add New Integrated Reasoning Section
Interesting: I think you guys are getting too good at the GMAT.
